Fleet Zone Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Fleet Zone Manager to be a part of our Kia Sales team in Prague, in the Czech Republic. You will be responsible mainly for our Business Centres and Used Cars.

In your role you will be supporting the Fleet and Used Cars Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the development of business activities entrusted to our dealers towards clients with a wholesale customer character.

• Public tenders monitoring and in cooperation with the dealer network preparation of offers.

• Personal participation in fleet events.

• Participation in the development of the program of certified used cars

• Coordination of Kia Business Centers (dealers) activities.

• Regular visits to dealers, especially Business Centre Dealers

• Care for existing clients.

• Conducting personal meetings with potential and existing clients.

• Reporting the results of these two initiatives to company management.

• Co-creating the business sales strategy.

• EV cars promotion.

Qualifications:

• Secondary school / university education with experience of at least 5 years

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in the Automotive industry a preference

• EV cars enthusiast

• Good knowledge of MS Office primarily Excel

• Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic

• Fluent English: spoken and written

• Flexible, analytical and logical thinking, attention to detail

• Understanding basic business patterns

• Able to handle stress

• Availability: immediately
