Role Overview:

As a Future Business Specialist, you will work on innovative projects related to Mobility, Electrification, Connectivity, and Autonomous Driving (MECA) within our Kia Sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

Mobility:

Developing and supporting mobility services in the Kia network
Implementing Kia Drive for new dealers
Monitoring results, evaluation, and setting measures
Communication with Kia Europe headquarters

Electrification:

Developing and supporting Kia Charge public charging services
Monitoring new trends in electromobility
Dealer network support and training
Coordination of dealer charging infrastructure installation

New Business Formats:

Developing online sales services
Cooperation with Kia HQ in Germany

Qualifications:

Secondary school/university education with at least 5 years of experience
Excellent communication skills
Automotive industry experience preferred
EV cars enthusiast
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Fluent in Czech language
Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic
Flexible, analytical, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle stress and understand basic business patterns
