Kia Czech is the exclusive importer of Kia cars in the Czech Republic since 1994. During our time on the Czech market we have sold over 140,000 cars. We offer 13 models, 9 of which are alternatively powered (HEV, PHEV, BEV). The distribution network includes 56 sales and service points and ranks among the best-selling brands in the Czech Republic.  We are currently 5th in the marketplace. 

We are looking for a Service Marketing Specialist to join our Ownership Experience team at Kia.

Overall Purpose of job


  • Support our Customer Ownership Experience (OX) department by providing data on Market trends, competitor’s activities and campaigns. Analyses of Kia competitiveness and administrative support
  • Supporting customer ownership experience through a business digital marketing strategy to generate and convert leads
  • Supporting dealers regarding customer relationship management and increasing overall customer satisfaction

Place in Organisation

This position reports directly to the CRM and Service Marketing Manager. There is a close liaison with other members of the Marketing, Sales, Channel, and IT as well as with our dealerships in the Czech Republic and the Marketing and OX team within KEU (Kia Europe HQ).



Key Responsibilities


The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities for the role:


·       Monitoring of competitor’s offer, pricing and communication in the After sales business

·       Reporting analysis of Kia’s service offering’s competitiveness

·       Service programmes comparison with competitors (advantage / disadvantage analysis)

·       Administration and analysis of Market data through various data sources at Kia

·       Analysis of product sales structure (local vs genuine)

·       Administration of paper form sales materials (brochure, pricelist, technical data)

·       Monitor information and data accuracy of Kia web presentation 

·       Reporting on dealer information, reporting to KIa Europe, and supporting data to Field Force

·       Utilisation of data for building marketing campaigns

·       Administration of local supplies contracts and offers

·       Monitoring and preparation of measurements and actions to increase customer satisfaction

·       Supporting the implementation of customer loyalty programmes and monitoring the sustainability of customer contacts

·       Creation of informative marketing texts for brochures and web

·       Direct service marketing activities

·       Coordination of call center – services provided and reporting

·       Any additional tasks as required by Top Management or OX General Manager


Person Specification:


·       Completed secondary education (matriculation)

·       Interested in Automotive industry

·       Previous marketing experience or CRM experience would be appreciated

·       MS Excel – advanced

·       Good IT skills - Database management

·       Understanding of marketing tools

·       Excellent Czech grammar and Czech writing skills 

·       Good English communication skills

·       Flexibility and proactive approach

·       Reliability, accuracy and analytical approach
