Logistics Senior Specialist

Overall Purpose of job

• Responsible for Sales back office activities / document creation related to car invoicing

• Responsible for the Dealer order processing

• Administration of the dealer accounts to provide correct data for several reports

This position reports directly to the Sales & Logistic Manager. There is close liaison with other members of the Sales & Planning teams as well as a need to work with other departments within Kia Motors Czech (KMCz) including After Sales, Finance and IT.

Key Responsibilities

The following is a non exhaustive list of responsibilities for the role:

• Contact person for dealers during the ordering process

• Information point regarding delivery status, availability, orders, registration documents, production data for dealers and their customers

• Answer phones and respond to dealer requests to raise the service level

• Responsible for transport from POE (Port of Entry = Koper) to KCz compound

• Manage transport from KCz compound to Dealer / individual Dealer pick-up by Dealer within the approved KCz Policy

• Issuing & monitoring of registration documents, duplicates and invoicing

• Document administration of the KCz company or courtesy cars

• Reporting of the key figures related to the agenda

• Provide a professional company image and customer service to Dealers, guarantee a smooth working routine between Kia and the Dealer network

• Checking and administration of Hoedlmayr performance – cost control

 Person Specification:

·       Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications

·       Very good data entry skills

·       Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills – like to work on telephone

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account Management or Customer Care

·       Good English communication skills and Czech Language essential

·       Completed High / Secondary School with GCE

·       Open minded, outgoing and hands on personality

·       Work under time pressure

·       Accurate and certain working style

·       Customer orientation

·       Result driven

·       Willingness to work in an international environment
