Co budeš dělat

• Připravovat a aktualizovat osnovy a obsah technických školení pro mechaniky • Vést prezenční i online technická školení v oblastech: – spalovací motory – elektrické obvody – hybridní a elektrická vozidla – převodovky – podvozkové systémy – kalibrace asistenčních a dalších systémů • Plánovat roční harmonogram technických kurzů • Aktualizovat školicí materiály podle technických novinek a nových modelů Kia • Zajišťovat odbornou přípravu a organizaci školení ve školicím středisku Kia v Nupakách • Spolupracovat na tvorbě netechnických školení tím, že poskytneš odborné podklady a pomůžeš definovat obsah • Účastnit se mezinárodních školení v angličtině, sdílet know‑how a přenášet novinky z evropské centrály Kia ve Frankfurtu • Absolvovat certifikace zaměřené na hybridní a elektrická vozidla a rozvoj prezentačních dovedností • Organizovat národní soutěž mechaniků a servisních poradců Kia a doprovázet vítěze na světové finále v Jižní Koreji (pokud se jedná o kategorii mechaniků)

Jak bude vypadat tvoje práce

• Přibližně 60 % času strávíš ve školicím středisku v Nupakách • Zbývajících 40 % budeš pracovat na centrále • Pozice je samostatná a vyžaduje zodpovědnost a pečlivost • K dispozici budeš mít mentora, který ti pomůže v rychlém zapracování • Služební vůz bude k dispozici pro přesuny mezi centrální kanceláří a školicím střediskem

Co bys měl mít

• Praxi v technickém školení v automotive nebovýraznou praxi v opravách vozidel • Znalost angličtiny na úrovni umožňující účast na odborných školeních • Vyučení v oboru automechanik nebo autoelektrikář • Nadšení pro techniku, chuť vzdělávat ostatní a schopnost srozumitelně předávat informace

Technical Trainer Kia

We are looking for a Technical Trainer who will take responsibility for the professional development of the Kia service network and ensure that mechanics and service specialists always work with the latest knowledge and procedures. In this role, you will create and deliver technical training, work with Kia’s most advanced technologies, and actively contribute to the development of our training programs.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and update training curricula and materials for mechanics • Deliver in‑person and online technical training in areas such as: – combustion engines – electrical systems – hybrid and electric vehicles – transmissions – chassis systems – calibration of assistance and other vehicle systems • Plan the annual schedule of technical courses • Update training documentation based on technical innovations and new Kia models • Manage the preparation and organization of training sessions at the Kia Training Center in Nupaky • Collaborate on non‑technical training by providing expert inputs and helping define training content • Participate in international technical trainings in English, share know‑how, and transfer updates from the European Kia headquarters in Frankfurt • Complete certifications focused on hybrid and electric vehicles as well as presentation and training delivery skills • Organize the national Kia competition for mechanics and service advisors and accompany the national winner to the global finals in South Korea (in the mechanics category)

What Your Work Will Look Like

• Approximately 60% of your time will be spent at the Nupaky Training Center • The remaining 40% will be at the company headquarters in Prague • The role is independent and requires responsibility, self‑discipline, and attention to detail • You will have a mentor to support your onboarding • A company car will be available for travel between the headquarters and the training center

What You Should Bring

• Experience in technical training in the automotive field orstrong hands‑on experience in vehicle repairs • English proficiency sufficient for attending and understanding technical trainings • Vocational qualification as an auto mechanic or auto electrician • Enthusiasm for automotive technology, a passion for learning, and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
